EU revised RoHS directive 2011/65/EU annex |

According to the China National Quality Supervision Bureau of the China National Quality Supervision Bureau of China WTO/TBT National Advisory Center News: Recently, the EU issued a circular to the WTO Secretariat, the EU RoSH directive 2011/65/EU (EEE, 195) and annex G/TBT/N/EU/191 (G/TBT/N/EU/188-190, 192-194), (,) and annex III (, IV) were revised.
The draft amendment of the Annex III are as follows: exempt from electrical and electronic components of the solder and the final surface materials of lead; remove ignition module and other electrical and electronic engine control system used in the surface of the printed circuit board materials lead; exemption for signs, decoration and construction, professional lighting and light art manual making luminous discharge tube (HLDTs) in mercury.
The revised draft of annex IV is as follows: in industrial monitoring and control instruments rated voltage 125 V AC or 250 V DC capacitor dielectric ceramic, micro channel plate, large area of bare chip stacking elements of an interface solder, electrical conductivity determination of platinum electrode with platinum electrode, exemption in addition to industrial monitoring and control instruments used in the C- pressure compliance needle connection system, industrial monitoring and control instruments used in cold cathode fluorescent lamp (CCFLs) in mercury () in mercury (less than 5 mg per lamp).
The notification has come into effect.
