Compulsory certification for the GB4706.13-2014 "household and similar electrical appliances Safety of refrigeration equipment, ice cream machine and ice making machine special requirements" standard (hereinafter referred to as the new standard) has been on 5 December 2014 release, and will be implemented on January 1, 2016, new standard since the date of implementation will replace the standard GB4706.13-2008 (hereinafter referred to as the old version of the standard), used in conjunction with national standard gb4706.1-2005 ("household and similar electrical appliances - Safety - Part 1: General requirements") have also been implemented. In order to ensure the effective implementation of mandatory product certification system, according to the National Commission TC04 technical expert group on the application of GB4706.13 standards for the implementation of the new standards of technical resolution (TC04-2015-01), the relevant provisions of the mandatory product certification standards are clearly as follows:
I. since the date of the publication of the GB4706.13-2014 standards, the applicant may voluntarily choose to apply for certification in accordance with the new standards or standards. Since January 1, 2016, the new standard shall be implemented in accordance with the new standards.
Two, for the old version of the certified products, the old version of the standard certificate holders should be released in the announcement of the date of the year, 2016 year follow-up examination before submitting the application to convert the new version of the standard certificate, send samples to the new version of the standard difference test project. The transformation of the old version of the standard certification certificate is the latest in January 1, 2017, and has not completed the certificate conversion work, the suspension of the old version of the standard certificate; 1 April 2017 has not completed the certificate conversion work, the revocation of the old version of the standard certificate.
Three, the standard for version of the type test is only for the old and new version of the standard difference test project implementation testing, testing fees based on the development and Reform Commission CCC testing fees.
