168 detection of REACH (SVHC high attention) |

2015 December 17, ECHA officially added five substances to SVHC (substances of very high concern) list, nitrobenzene, UV-327 and UV-350, 1,3-propane sultone and perfluorononanoic acid and its sodium salt and ammonia salt, reach regulations authorized candidate list (i.e. SVHC list) increased to 168 species.
According to REACH regulations, if the product contains SVHC, and content of more than 0.1%, while the annual export volume of less than 1 tons, must be informed and relevant information delivery to downstream importers, while issuing the relevant certification documents; if the product contains SVHC, and the content is greater than 0.1%, while the annual export volume of more than 1 tons, must be notified to the ECHA.
