The European Chemicals Agency recently added 2 substances listed on the high level of concern (SVHC), as of now, the SVHC list has increased to 163. Two new species are added:
The first material: 1,2-benzenedicarboxylic acid, di-C6-10-alkyl esters; 1,2-benzenedicarboxylic acid, mixed decyl and hexyl and;. Diesters with is more than or equal to 0.3% of Dihexyl phthalate, (EC 271-094-0, CAS 68515-51-5; EC 272-013-1, CAS 68648-93-1). Adjacent benzene two formic acid 2 (C6-C10) alkylester: (decyl, hexyl, octyl ester 1, 2 - phthalate complexes and adjacent benzene dicarboxylic acid adipic ester content is more than or equal to 0.3%, mainly used for plasticizing agent, lubricant, including for adhesives, paint, building materials, cable composite polymer foil, PVC and artistic materials (such as clay and modeling finger paint).
The second material: 5-sec-butyl-2- 2,4-dimethylcyclohex-3-en-1-yl -5-methyl-1,3-dioxane [1]. 5-sec-butyl-2- 4,6-dimethylcyclohex-3-en-1-yl -5-methyl-1,3-dioxane [2] [covering any of the individual stereoisomers of [1] and [2] or any combination thereof] is called Kara flower aldehyde substance, which is a kind of dry ambergris woody perfume material, widely used in perfume, soap, washing powder and other chemical products; at the same time, it also has excellent fabric fragrance capacity, is widely used in shampoo and fabric softener in.
